TERMS & CONDITIONS – COMPETITION “IS IT CHOCO TOO LATE?”
1. ORGANIZERS
The competition is organised jointly by ID Genève Watches (ID Watch SA) and Paleta Loca (hereinafter the “Organisers”).
2. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition is open from April 1, 2026 (00:00) to October 31, 2026 (23:59).
3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation is open to anyone residing in Switzerland and aged 18 or over at the time of participation. Employees of the Organizers and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation is done by scanning a dedicated QR code and completing the associated form. Each participant may only participate once, unless otherwise stated.
5. PARTICIPATION WITHOUT OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE
No purchase is necessary to participate. Anyone without a QR code can request free entry by sending an email to info@paletaloca.ch or info@idwatch.ch. The organizers will then provide the necessary instructions.
6. PRICE
• 1 x Circular One limited edition watch “Is it Choco too late?”
• 10 x caps
• 250 x 30% discount vouchers on the Paleta Loca website
• 10 x 20% discount vouchers on the ID Geneva website
The prizes are neither exchangeable nor convertible into cash.
7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Winners will be selected randomly from valid entries. They will be contacted using the contact details provided during entry.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
The Organizers decline all responsibility in case of incomplete or invalid participation, technical problems or loss/delay of transmission.
9. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is used for managing the competition, communicating with participants, and, with their consent, sending information. Legal basis: consent and competition execution. The data may be shared with ID Genève Watches (ID Watch SA), Paleta Loca, and Climate Basecamp, a partner foundation. Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting info@paletaloca.ch or info@idwatch.ch.
10. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
The Organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of exceptional circumstances.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
The competition is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Switzerland.
