KIWI-ALLAMAN

FISHERIES AND LA FRESAIRE AREA

Hidden between the shores of the lake and a forest, the Domaine de la Pêcherie et la Frésaire produces, thanks to its microclimate, nearly 90% of Swiss organic kiwifruit each year. Hey no, the kiwi is not a tropical fruit. Thanks to Mathias' biological approach and expertise, the estate has become an idyllic reserve for flora and fauna which thrives without any chemical interference.

Our apricots come from the Faraz BIO farm, in Riddes (Valais). They take full advantage of the Valais sunshine to be harvested at full maturity by the Faisant-Bessart family and all of your team!

For 4 generations, the Campisi family has been working the land and harvesting citrus fruits in Sicily, in Syracuse. Emphasizing thequality and traceability of their organic products, they completely control the entire process from production to processing of their limes. You now know the secret of the freshness of our lime paletas!

Laura, entrepreneur, passionate about taste and traditions, recently decided to introduce local food products on national and international markets. Together with her husband, an entrepreneur who for fifty years in Bronte has been manufacturing and marketing pistachios, begins to build the business. It is not easy to find good organic pistachio suppliers, and we are delighted to be able to count on Laura.

Passionate and committed, they ensure a better income for producers while working to defend biodiversity. We use Ethiopian organic coffee for our cappuccino ice cream.

In order to preserve the extraordinary Malagasy family heritage of the spice trade, Yoann Chenaï created Spices & Vanilla in 2008 in Morges. He provides us with organic bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, directly produced by his family on site!

Weija Agricultural Development (WAD) was born in 2000 with the aim of participating in the fight against poverty in rural agrarian communities in Ghana. The founders Patrick and Christianne Deegde wish to enhance the potential of small farmers in order to encourage them to increase their autonomy and develop their villages. Certified organic, we buy Somanya mango, passion fruit and pineapple from the Ekumfi region from them.

SWISS MOJITO - VALAIS

WILLIAMINE MORAND

This is the story of the Morand family, Valais producers of our ORGANIC Williamine. This eau-de-vie made from Williams pears is the result of the work of four generations of men and women who work to preserve and transmit family know-how. The Swiss Mojito is the cocktail developed in collaboration with the house of Morand, which we have adapted into a paleta. That's crazy!

Gagygnol is a company founded and developed in 2014 by the 3 Jura brothers Gyger. We are super happy to be able to count on the creations of the three Fran-Gin (that's the name of their Gin!). Their goal is to produce natural and organic spirits. By promoting the know-how of their elders through innovative creations, they guarantee traditional manufacturing, respectful of the environment, and above all of quality.

Cellared, matured and bottled by Maison Gilliard, these grapes harvested at the gate of November give this Johannisberg an extraordinary softness, the signature of this surprising paleta. Its association with pineapple reveals a roundness and generosity in the mouth worthy of its glorious past.
